Do the watches come with a warranty?
All our watches are backed by a minimum two-year international manufacturer's warranty. We also provide an additional one-year limited warranty through The Watch House for added peace of mind.
Can I return a watch if it doesn't fit my wrist?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and tags intact, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer watch resizing services?
Yes, we provide complimentary bracelet resizing for all stainless steel and titanium watches. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout.
